Q) What career are you currently in & how long have you been working there?

I am a product focused developer, this includes influencing product delivery for the best interests of the consumer through constant innovation & uses of tech, best practices & learning through different things. I also write code sometimes, but it mainly is a lot of developing. 4 years in the industry, in IT profession since 2006 and decided to progress in development over the years. I have plans to step into some architectural role, to go into the meetings side of things and leading developers of the way to go… starter of the project then hands it over to a team. This would be a Principal developer role in hindsight which involves leadership coaching.

Q) What made you eager to join the Frocentric project?

I like the idea of community forums, the embracing of the best of skills and so on, a place that doesn’t want us to be lacking in anyway but to be open minded in how we progress. Aim is to be the market leader, define the entities that would do community well but we need more so hopes we can do more. Different platforms should offer that service that people look for and we hope to deliver that with Froconomy and other platforms in the future, which will focus on finance and so on.

Q) What are you hoping to gain from it?

To develop my architecture and leadership skills, and bring experience to build the best of breed community platform.

Q) How do you think we can make a change in the community?

By being best in class and celebrating it openly and confidently, so that others can see and join to be part of that.

Q) Finally, what’s one thing you’re hoping to push with this platform?

Dopeness! I want to be able to capture what we claim to offer and become the right people to answer people’s questions. To make it a forum that actually gives a good experience with intuitive understanding.
